H₂O

  YOUTH AT THE CREEK

 Are you looking for a place to hang out,

 make friends, grow, worship, and have 

  fun? You found it! Come and find a

 place to belong in H₂O every Sunday

 at 9:15-10:15 am and on Wednesdays       

 at 6:30-8:00 pm.                      

 What's up with the H₂O? Well, we are the youth at the Creek and, like

 everyone, else we need water, H₂O, in order to live. In the same way,

 we need Jesus in order to live, truly live. You see, Jesus referred to

 Himself as the Living Water. Thus, we intentiously and continuously

 seek to connect students to the Living Water--Jesus-- through the

 ministry at H₂O. We seek to do this through a variety of avenues all

 build around relationships. 

 On Sundays and Wednesdays, students

 study the Bible in small groups in creative

 ways relevant to life. All students have an 

 opportunity for one-on-one mentoring in

 order to grow deeper in their relationship

 with Jesus and to find better ways to do

 life with those God has placed in their

 circle of influence (family, friends, co-

 workers, etc.). Youth camp, retreats,

 road trips, other events are ways in

 which students find opportunities to grow

 in their relationship with Jesus and

 others. Such shared experiences

 provide ways for students to open up

 about stuff going on in their lives in a

 safe environment, have truth poured

 into their hearts, and have some great fun along the way. 

H₂O participates regularly in mission opportunities.    

Whether local or far away, students are provided

ways to serve and do life with other churches

and organizations, and make a difference in the

world for Jesus.

Sounds good? Well, H₂O is made up of students

in 7th-12th grade from a variety of public, private, 

and home schools in the Temple-Belton-Killeen

area. The perfect place for you too, right?
