This is an outreach event hosted by UMHB to engage with freshmen during their orientation week to get them plugged in with a church in the area. If you're interested in helping out, reach out to Leslie and let her know!

If you're going with us on our Spring Break Mission trip to SOMEWHERE, you don't want to miss this opportunity to raise money! This is something we do every year and they church loves it. We will need to make posters before hand along with a few other details, so reach out to Leslie if you want to help!

Join us for our Fall retreat as we talk about how God is one who salvages and that we as believers are NEVER outside the reach of the gospel. Bring your friends and your snacks. Cost is $20 and that covers meals and a t shirt! If you're interested, contact Leslie and she can get you signed up!

SPRING BREAK MISSION TRIP!

Where: New York City
When: March 13-19 Cost: $629 plus airfare What: During this week we will be serving refugees through teaching ESL classes and partnering with local ministry organizations to meet the needs of those in the area. There will also be a day of sight seeing. |

*Those interested in going on the trip must pick up, fill out, and return an application to Leslie no later than OCTOBER 18. You can leave your application in the mailbox outside her office. Even if you're on the fence about going, fill out an app just in case!

Hey y'all! My name is Leslie and I'm the College Pastor here at Canyon Creek. I have a bachelor of arts in Christian studies and a Master in Education with a concentration in curriculum design and development, both of which are from UMHB. Some things which are not included in my staff bio are my deep affinity for coffee, my obsession with dark chocolate, and how my favorite thing in the world is watching my Jesus wreck hearts and transform lives for the sake of His name and the advancement of the gospel. Some of my most favorite conversations include deep thoughts, hard topics, and unanswerable questions.
